Walking to Meet Ourselves

Stepping away from doing into being, this combination of gentle exercise and paying attention offers you the opportunity to stop, reflect, slow down, and ultimately see with fresh eyes   This powerful process facilitates change by using a range of contemplative tools and techniques enabling you to draw out new or different perspectives, which can lead to a greater sense of clarity and insight.

Walking out from our habitual routine, away from the usual distractions, a natural setting offers the opportunity for deeper, more authentic reflection.  This allows us to access our more intuitive selves, whether the issue we are considering is large or small, personal or professional.

Using my three stage model encompassing Reflection, Recognition, and Redirection, together we will explore this terrain, ensuring that your map begins to align with the new territory.

The benefits of coaching on the move

Transition Walks offer women a walk and talk process that combines coaching and mentoring, helping you to navigate the seas of uncertainty.  Using my three stage model encompassing Reflection, Recognition, and Redirection, together we will explore this terrain, ensuring that your map begins to align with the new territory.  Working outside offers the perfect arena for looking at the light and shade of ourselves, where we are flourishing and where we are challenged, where we are clear and perhaps where something has become distorted . . .

I will listen, reflect back and invite you to see other perspectives.  Working with the landscape as metaphor and occasionally working with myth.  This powerful combination can leads us back to the magic within ourselves that we sometimes lose sight of.

When was the last time you had a walk and talk

Sometimes a really good walk and a talk is all you need to set you back on your path,  so if you are not sure where you heading right now, do get in touch and lets explore together . . .

RECENT FEEDBACK

"Following a major life change, I have been feeling adrift and unfocused. I have vague (grand) ideas but not really summoned the motivation to fully carry things through. I felt that maybe a coaching conversation might reveal internal blocks and help me to move around them. I prefer activity to thinking and so the combination of conversation and walking was ideal for me. Rosalind provided a physical and mental framework for me and helped me see familiar things (trees, ponds, me) with refreshed eyes. I have taken away guidance, courage and learnt that I can be kinder to myself."
